VitaLinks reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.


3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation; however, this does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.


4. Custom Designs

VitaLinks offers a bracelet-building experience that allows customers to select charms and bracelet bases.

By submitting a custom design, you acknowledge:

  • You have reviewed your design carefully before purchase

  • All custom and assembled designs are final sale

  • VitaLinks is not responsible for design choices made by the customer


5. No Return Policy

All sales are final. VitaLinks does not offer refunds or returns on any products, including customized bracelets.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at vitalinksbahamas@gmail.com. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.


6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.

VitaLinks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, designs, images, product concepts, and branding—is the property of VitaLinks and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VitaLinks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
