At VitaLinks, we are committed to delivering your bracelet and charm selections safely and efficiently, wherever you are in The Bahamas and beyond.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation notification with shipping details.


Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping:

  • Throughout New Providence (Nassau)

  • To all Family Islands across The Bahamas

  • International shipping (where applicable)


Family Island Shipping

VitaLinks proudly offers shipping to the Family Islands. Orders are shipped via domestic courier or mailboat services, depending on your location.

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary based on island schedules and carrier availability

  • Additional shipping fees may apply depending on destination

  • Customers may be required to collect packages from designated docks or courier offices

We recommend confirming delivery details at checkout to ensure a smooth experience.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Nassau (New Providence): 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • Family Islands: 3–7+ business days (dependent on mailboat or courier schedules)

  • International Orders: 5–10+ business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen delays.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Any applicable duties or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please note that some Family Island shipments via mailboat may not include tracking.


Delivery Responsibility

VitaLinks is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Once an order has been marked as delivered, VitaLinks is not liable for lost or stolen packages.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. VitaLinks is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
