We do not offer refunds or returns on bracelets, charms, or custom-built designs once an order has been confirmed and processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at vitalinksbahamas@gmail.com. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
